Description: | Early Medieval to Medieval (11th to 13th century) cast copper alloy harness fitting. There is a central raised lozengeform boss, with a projecting arm extending from two opposing ends. One arm is wider, and expands almost immediately out into an incomplete loop. The other arm is narrower and longer, before expanding into a smaller incomplete loop. It is 37.27mm long, has a maximum width of 14.65mm, a maximum thickness of 7.06mm and weighs 7.05grams.
