Description: | This Lesbian and Gay Pride Week sticker advertises both the lesbian celebration on 25 June at the Old Change near St Paul's, and the carnival parade starting at Speakers Corner on 2 July.
The first Gay Pride march in London took place on 1 July 1972. By 1986, when the festival transferred to Jubilee Gardens, attendance at this annual event had risen to around 10,000 people.
