Description: The Honeywell office building was built on the site of Observatory House, the residence of Sir William Herschel , the astronomer, and his descendants from 1786 until 1957 when Lady Herschel died. Observatory House was demolished in 1963. This large modern office building was in turn demolished in 1988.
