Description: | A very straightforward design. In 1975 Huntley & Palmers Public Relations office issued guidance on 'When to serve British Biscuits'. For biscuits for cheese the guidance states- "Eating biscuits with cheese at the end of a meal has long been a tradition in Britain and other parts of the world. With so many cheeses available the British Industry has developed a pastry or water type cracker with no sugar and a fat content from 10-30%. The crackers are characterised by generally long fermentation processes to produce the flavour and texture. Pastry kinds are produced by a special process of chilling and layering and are baked at a very high temperature to give an attractive flakey biscuit.
