Title: Indian, 1920-1921 [Go to resource]
Description: During the First World War ornate tin production had virtually ceased. Despite the conclusion of the peace treaty in 1918, Huntley & Palmers did not resume the production of decorative tins until 1919. This was one of the first tins to be produced. This tin should not be confused with a previous Huntley & Palmers 'Indian' tin issued in 1894.
