It occupies the area of The Headrow between Cookridge Street and Albion Street and utilises the former Leeds Perminent building which dates from 1930. A glass roof across the street links the old with the new and houses restaurants, bars and a fitness club. The Light also boasts a 13 screen multiplex cinema seating 3,000 and the 147 bedroom Radisson SAS Hotel of 4 star rating.
