Les obligations sont émises au prix de 95 francs par 100 francs de capital nominal. RENDEMENT NET: 5.26% Les obligations porteront la jouissance du 1er Juin 1919. Elles seront munies de coupons semestriels payables le 1er Juine et le 1er Décembre. Elles ne pourront être remboursées avant le 1er Juin 1934. Elles seront amortissables par voie de rachat à la Bourse au moyen d'une dotation de 1/2 % du capital émis. Les coupons d'intérêt de l'emprunt sont exempts d'impôts. Les souscriptions peuvent être acquittées en numéraire soit à fr. 94.50, en souscrivant, du 15 au 30 Avril 1919; soit à fr. 95. ' à la répartition, le 2 Juin 1919; soit fr. 95. ' en trois termes, savoir: 1er terme, fr. 35.= à la répartition, le 2 Juin 1919, 2e terme, fr. 30.= le 1er Juillet 1919, 3e terme, fr. 30.= le 1er Août 1919, plus fr. 0,375 d'intérêt. Dans les deux derniers cas, le souscripteur doit déposer une garantie en espèces, de 5 %, qui est restituée à la répartition. Les paiements non effectués dans les 5 jours seront passibles d'intérêt de retard à 6 %. Les bordereaux déclaratifs de dépôt de marks sont admis en paiement des souscriptions. Le montant de l'emprunt payable en numéraire sera arrêté par le Ministre des finances, d'après le résultat des souscriptions. Les souscriptions qui ne dépasseront pas 10,000 frs. ne sont pas soumises à réduction; les autres sont irréductibles à concurrence de 10,000 frs. Un droit de préférence sera donné aux souscriptions: a) libérées à la souscription; b) à libérer à la répartition. Les Bons du Trésor, à l'exception des Bons à 5 % de Restauration monétaire, sont admis à l'échange, pour leur montant nominal augmenté des intérêts arrêtés au 31 Mai 1919, contre des obligations de l'emprunt 5 %, sur le pied de 95 francs par 100 francs de capital nominal. Le dépôt des Bons à échanger sera reçu du 15 Avril au 15 Mai 1919, chez les agents de la Banque Nationale de Belgique seulement. Pour toute souscription entièrement libérée et pour chaque échange de Bons du Trésor, il sera délivré un certificat au porteur donnant droit, au choix de l'intéressé, à des obligations au porteur ou à une inscription nominative sur le Grand-Livre. [Kingdom of Belgium. Ministry of Finance. 5% Internal national restoration loan. Subscription will be open from Tuesday 15 April to Wednesday 30 April 1919. Bonds are being issued at the price of 95 francs for a nominal capital of 100 francs. Net return: 5.26%. The bonds will pay interest from 1 June 1919. They will be provided with six-monthly coupons payable on 1 June and 1 December. They will not be reimbursable before 1 June 1934. They will be redeemable through repurchase on the stock exchange by means of an allocation of 1/2% of the capital issued. The coupons paying interest on the loan are tax-free. Subscriptions can be paid for in cash either at 94 francs 50 for those subscribing between 15 and 30 April 1919; or for 95 francs on allocation, on 2 June 1919; or for 95 francs in three instalments, namely: 1st instalment, 35 francs on allocation, on 2 June 1919, 2nd instalment, 30 francs on 1 July 1919, 3rd instalment, 30 francs on 1 August 1919, plus 0.375 francs of interest. In the last two cases, subscribers must deposit a cash guarantee of 5%, which is returned on allocation. Payments not made within 5 days will be liable to late payment interest at 6%. Deposit statements declaring marks will be accepted in payment of subscriptions. The amount of the loan payable in cash will be decided by the Minister of Finance, based on the result of the subscriptions. Subscriptions that do not exceed 10,000 francs will not be subject to any reduction; others will be irreducible below a maximum of 10,000 francs. A right of first refusal will be given to subscriptions: a) fully paid up on subscription; b) to be paid in full on allocation. Treasury Bonds, with the exception of 5% Monetary Restoration Bonds, will be accepted in exchange, for their face value, increased by interest determined on 31 May 1919, in return for bonds in the 5% loan, on the basis of 95 francs for 100 francs of nominal capital. The deposit of Bonds to be exchanged will be accepted from 15 April to 15 May 1919, at agents of the National Bank of Belgium only. For every fully paid up subscription and for each exchange of Treasury Bonds, a bearer certificate will be issued giving entitlement to bearer bonds or nominal registration in the General Ledger, as chosen by the person concerned.
