Description: Hard paste porcelain, relief-moulded, covered with a greyish blue glaze, and painted in black, iron red and pale red enamels, and gold. Modelled in the shape of a bird in flight. The rounded sides rest on a high foot. The bird's features and plumage detailed in gold, red and black with a pale iron red wash. The edge is gilt.
