Includes a detailed map drawn by Timmis and Woodcock, Surveyors, Wolverhampton, dated 16th January 1865, showing St Matthews Church, Walsall Street, Willenhall Road, and land called Priest Leasow, in Wolverhampton. Attached is a declaration by Russell Martyn Riccard of South Molton, Gentleman. He states that John Elworthy Cutcliffe married Elizabeth Dick, Widow, at Alphington, Devon, in 1824. Lists the children of this marriage, including John Lane Cutcliffe, the eldest child who is the heir of his father.
