1. Thomas Hincks of Willenhall, Staffordshire, Gentleman.
2. George Jones Barker and Thomas Barker of Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, Coal and Ironmasters, and Co-Partners.
Consideration: 450 paid by #2 to #1, and also 4,275 to be paid by #2 to #1 in half-yearly instalments. Refers to the mines and minerals under land called Pool or Mill Meadow, north of the brook, and south of the London and North Western Railway; land called The Plantation, formerly part of Diminsdale or Brick-kiln Piece; and land called Latchmore Piece, lying south of the turnpike road from Willenhall to Wolverhampton. Term of lease: 14 years. Rent: one peppercorn per annum; plus rents and royalties from the proceeds of the mines.
