Refers to a messuage (formerly adjoining another messuage, now taken down), situate at Little London, near a farmhouse called "The Clothiers" in the liberty of Willenhall, with shop, brewhouse, and two gardens belonging to it; and four further messuages erected by Benjamin Smith with shops, outbuildings and other erections; also a small piece of land adjoining Noose Lane in Willenhall, called Henshaws Croft.
