Description: | At the Small Court and Court Baron of the Most Noble William Harry, Duke of Cleveland, Lord of the Manor of the Prebend of Featherstone, held on 8th March 1837 at Wolverhampton. Present: William Thacker, Gentleman, Steward; Francis Stuart and William Simkys, two Customary Tenants of the Manor.
Parties involved:
1. Sir Francis Lyttelton Holyoake Goodricke of Studley Castle, Warwickshire, Baronet (eldest son and heir at law of Francis Holyoake, late of Tettenhall, Staffordshire, Esq., deceased).
#1 desired to be admitted tenant to one undivided fourth share in lands as described in DB-44/10/1.
