Consideration: 5s paid by #2 to #1. #1 leased to #2 a dwelling house with yard and brewhouse at the lower end of Bilston Street, Wolverhampton, with a hogsty and cistern adjoining the brewhouse; and also a garden and two shops on the opposite side of a yard belonging to #1, lying in Bilston Street, Wolverhampton. Term of Lease: 1 year. Rent: 1 peppercorn. Attached is the release of the same property, between the same parties, dated 28th December 1781.
