Description: | Surrender of property at the Court Baron of the Manor of Stow Heath, held at Wolverhampton on 16th April 1771, before the Lords of the Manor - The Right Honourable Granville Leveson, Earl Gower, and Thomas Giffard Esq. Present: Francis Holyoake, Gentleman, Steward; and William Kempson and Joshua Devey, Customary Tenants of the Manor.
Parties involved:
1. William White of Badger, Salop, Gentleman.
#1 surrendered into the hands of the Lords one messuage in Bilston, to the use and behoof of any such persons, and for such estates, uses and intents as #1 shall give and devise in his last Will and Testament. #1 gave to the Lords of the Manor the sum of 11 as a fine for leave to surrender the land in the manner aforesaid.
