Description: | Assignment of a lease (1) Henry Chance of Lincoln's Inn, Barrester Samuel Allen Bindley of Birmingham, Surgeon (2) Williams Preston Goodall of Birmingham, Surgeon 'in reference / to seventeen Newhall Street Birmingham held by / Mr. Bindley of Mr. Henry Chance under the following / memorandum of agreement' (memorandum of agreement between Henry Chance and Samuel Allen Bindley, dated 3 September 1858 is recited, in which the lease of 1844 (see FP-CH/6/3/9) was extended from 29th September 1858, from year to year, at the same rent and manner as before, and in this agreement is passed on to William Preston Goodall) Rent: seventy pounds yearly by two equal half yearly payments on the 25th March and the 29th September [as laid out in FP-CH/6/3/9] Witnesses: Thomas Sadd his [Henry Chance's] clerk / Charles Fri[?]ing[?] Chemist 37 Colmon Row Bir[mingh]am[?] / James Linaley Earle 92 Newhall Street Includes the pieces of paper that describe the contents of the series of records.
