Description: | Relates to a messuage in Whixall, Prees, Shropshire, and several pieces of land there called Garden Fold, Lower Meadow, Garden at South end of Green, The Green, Close at north end of Green and Glass Birch; a shop or building at the back of certain messuages in Cock Street, Wolverhampton; a messuage or farmhouse called the Upper House in Nether Penn adjoining Penn Lane and Dirty Foot Lane and two close called the Haymarth and Upper Croft; another close called Heydole or Innage in Lower Penn; another close called Little Heydole in Lower Penn; three messuages in North Street, Wolverhampton, a messuage and malthouse at the back and garden in front; copyhold land in the township of Edstaston, manor of Wem, Shropshire, called the Great Gaines; copyhold land at Wadhams Hill, Wolverhampton with two cottages, slaughterhouses, piggeries, bacon warehouse, sheds, stabling, cart sheds and other outbuildings built on the land
