Description: | A savings card which was used to collect National Savings stamps for radio or radio and television licenses around 1960. It is made of blue card, folded into three sections, is printed in black ink with the text: 'Radio and Television Licence Savings Card, Will help you save for a sound or sound and television license'. On the back are instructions. The inside is printed with 60 numbered squares, where the stamps would be attached,, each showing how much is left to save for the license. There are two 2 shilling stamps attached, which are printed in blue, red, white and black with a Union flag and the words 'Save For Britain' and ' National Savings'.
