Description: | According to the Bible, Mary Magdalene was from Magdala in Galilee. She went to visit Jesus while he was having supper at Simon the Pharisee's house.Mary entered the house and washed Jesus' feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. She then sprinkled them with oil and kissed them.Simon was shocked by this behaviour! Jesus pointed out to him that he did not go to so much trouble as Mary did. Jesus forgave her for all her sins.
