Description: | Short steel-bladed dagger jambiya heavily chiselled with relief floral designs on the hilt and scabbard. The blade with central ridge. Hilt of brass decorated with relief floral designs on both sides and a flat top with only plain brass plate with a zigzag small frieze round the border. The top and bottom of the hilt have a bow shape design centred by a relief flower design. The sheath of brass is decorated in the upper part with spiral floral designs separated by three borders, the bottom part partly decorated in the same technique and silver wire twisted round the rear end of the sheath. Upper locket of the sheath of brass and relief friezes below it of silver on both sides. The plainer side of the sheath has a small silver holder in the centre and possibly a maker's stamp.
