Description: | On the extreme left is part of a fairground roundabout. It is decorated at the top with national flags and bunting. Around the top are the partially obscured words "...RIC SCENIC". Figures can be seen on the ride. Next to it is a black steam generator or engine with a tall chimney. Below these, in the bottom left foreground, is a small stall with a red and white canopy; there are people nearby and a crowd at the extreme bottom left.
At the top of the picture, in the distance, is the helter-skelter. Beneath it are various tents; a cloud of steam passes across the top left of the scene. In the centre is a circular ride and beneath it a crowd milling about.
In the top right corner are coloured balloons, anchored below with a string. The bottom right side is taken up by a part of ride decorated with national flags and coloured light bulbs. Crowds of people are queuing and watching.
