This two storey stone house dates to the early-mid 18th century. It has an ashlar front with coursed rubble sides. The interior includes an original staircase and some panelled rooms. This house was built in the second quarter of the 17th century. Shortly afterwards a rear wing (now 1 and 2 Burghley Lane, PRN 37247) was added. The street front has rusticated ornamentation.
