Description: | TF16013398 Probable Roman settlement site, of three possible nuclei, which consist of clusters of small ditched enclosures,central one including ditched causeways, under grass and plough. Seen on AP as relief and cropmarks. Site not visited. {1}{2}{3} Majority of area under crop without visible evidence of occupation. One grass field centred TF16153395 has a minor ditched enclosure and a little ridge and furrow ploughing. The farmer recollects university students last year perambulating the field centred on TF 16383374 'collecting Roman pottery'.
