Set back from road. Early 19th century. Three storeys in red brick with Welsh slate roof. Two windows, stone voussoirs, carved keystones, hung sashes with glazing bars. Canted bay on ground floor and doorway with plain pilasters and hood on brackets, rectangular fanlight. A building survey was carried out prior to the proposed demolition of this building in 2007. The building is of three phases, with the original red brick construction dating from the early 19th century and the two yellow brick rear extensions added in the later 19th century and early 20th century. Few original features survive.
