18th century. Two storeys in red brick with stone plinth and slate roof. Brick stacks at gable ends. Stone band between storeys. Three windows, two 3-light shallow bays with moulded cornices, hung sashes with glazing bars. Centre window has small cornice. Wood modillion eaves cornice. Good Doric doorcase with open pediment and traceried fanlight. Door of six panels, panelled ingoes. Steps up. Set back from street, but railings have gone.
