Early 19th century. Two storeys in gault brick; shallow hipped Welsh slate roof with two stacks at ends overhangs wide eaves. Three windows, widely-spaced, with window boxes of the period, painted brick voussoirs, hung sashes with glazing bars. Centre and end pilasters. Plain pilasters to central stone doorcase with hood on brackets, rectangular fanlight. Stone plinth. A levelling deposit probably associated with the construction of the house in the early 19th century was uncovered during trial trenching.
