This house was built between April 1796 and February 1798 by Thomas Harper, an ironmonger. It has a rainwater head dated 1802. Its internal fittings included a moulded fire surround and moulded doorcases. {1}
This three storey house dates to the early 19th century [this date is probably incorrect - see above] and is constructed of coursed rubble with a slate roof and modern bank front. It has a rainwater head dated 1802.
