Description: | Skellingthorpe Hall is a small early nineteenth century country house. The porch has fluted Greek Doric columns with a finely carved frieze behind them above the entrance. It has wrought iron entrance gates with Greek-key pattern and acanthus motifs and gate piers. The lodge is also early nineteenth century with a gable at each facade and a hipped roof with deeply overhanging eaves. The hall, gates [PRN 65512] and lodge [PRN 65528] are separately listed.
