Description: | Between Thomas Stanser and John Catlett of Grantham, tailor.
(inter alia)
a) whereas the bottom part of the south gable of Catlett's house (in the tenure of Samuel Hardy, labourer) is in bad repair, Catlett agrees to pay £2 to Stanser for his workmen to take down part of the gable and erect a partition between the two houses.
b) the gable to be of 9" thickness, and Catlett may lay in wood which was laid into the previous stone gable and pyke.
