All his manors of Blankney, Marston, Grayingham and Waddingham with appurtenances in Lincolnshire, and the manor of Knapthorpe, and land in Caunton, Middlethorpe, Holme and Hockerton, Nottinghamshire, and their appurtenances, except 19 fen closes in Blankney not in the proper occupation of Sir Anthony.
One close of pasture in Ringsthorpe known as John of Marstons wong of 20a.
All his other lands in Grayingham, Waddingham and Marston, and in Hougham, Snitterby, Caythorpe, Foston and Allington.
Also 23a. of meadow in Bassingham in the occupation of Sir Anthony or his assigns and not demised with any farm.
All his lands in Blankney purchased by William Thorold, esq, deceased father of Sir Anthony, except lands purchased of Thomas Wymbush and the fen closes before excepted.
Also all other lands in Blankney and Scopwick purchased by Sir Anthony since 10 Oct 1585.
And his moiety of lands and parsonage appropriate in Little Grimsby part of the jointure of Lady Anne Thorold, his wife.
And Corringham woods, and Haverholme woods.
And the advowsons and parsonages of the churches of Blankney, Grayingham, Salmonby, Caythorpe, Bassingham and Westborough.
Settlement: The feoffees to stand seized to the use of Sir Anthony for life, and to the uses declared in his will, failing which to the use of the heirs male of his body, and for default of such heirs as follows:
The manors of Grayingham and Waddingham, and a moiety of the rectory of Little Grimsby and of all premises in Grayingham, Waddingham, Snitterby, Bassingham, Caythorpe, Foston, Allington and Hougham to the use of the heirs male of Mary Markham, deceased daughter of Sir Anthony to the use of Martha Tyrwhitt and Wenefryde Carrevile, two other daughters of Sir Anthony, and of Isabel Thorold and Anne Thorold, daughters of Thomas Thorold, esq., deceased, son of Sir Anthony, and of the heirs male of their bodies, and for default of such issue to the heirs male of William Thorold, esq., father of Sir Anthony, and for default of such issue to Sir Anthony's right heirs.
The other manors and lands to the heirs male of the body of Sir Anthony and in default to the heirs male of the body of William Thorold, his father, and in default to the right heirs of Sir Anthony.
The terms of the fine to be levied shall apply to the Nottinghamshire estates whether or not they are actually named in it and to any other lands not sufficiently entailed.
