To the use of John Key and his heirs until the marriage, then to the use of John Key for the term of his life, and from the determination of that estate to 2. for his life in trust to preserve contingent uses; and after the death of John Key, to the use of Mary Ellis his intended wife for the life of the said Mary for her jointure; and after the decease of Mary, to the use of the first son of John Key by Mary and the heirs of such first son; and for default of such, to the use of the second and other sons and their heirs successively. For default of such, to the use of 3. for 500 years; then to the use of John Key his heirs and assigns for ever.
