Messuage or tenement called the Hall and all houses, outhouses, barns, orchards, etc and appurtenances in Bulcote, close of pasture ground called Home Close, close of meadow called Porters Close, another close of meadow called the Meer Close, close of meadow called Ryehill Lea Close, close of pasture called Ryehills Close, close of pasture called Poolstead, another close of pasture ground called Brownes meadow; close of meadow ground called the great moore Close, one other close of meadow ground the Little More Close, close of meadow called the great Cow Close, close of meadow or pasture called the New Close; and arable land lying dispersedly in the three tillage fields of Bulcote; and pasturing, meadow, and tethering grass belonging to the said messuage or tenement; and cottage or tenement in Bulcote with ground lying dispersedly there, and the pasturing, meadow, and teathering grass belonging to the said cottage or tenement.
Release from 1. to 2. so that 2. may become tenant of the freehold so that a recovery may be had against him in which 3. shall be demandants.
