Capital messuage or mansion house situate near the Bridge in Middle Rasen, and all that toft or cottage nigh adjoining the messuage, and close of meadow or pasture in Middle Rasen called Dovecoat Close, Dungeon Close or Plumbtree Close (3a.), one ley of meadow or pasture ground on the west side of the said close (1/2a.), 2 closes or parcels of inclosed ground in Middle Rasen (22a.) lying between the lands of [ ] on the north and the land of [ ] on the south, abutting upon the highway east and the lands of [ ] west, and several parcels of arable, meadow, or pasture ground lying dispersed in the fields and territories of Middle Rasen, belonging to the said messuage (160a.), and 12a. of meadow ground in Lissingley or near unto it (of which 6a. lie in Longdale and the other 6a. in Eastland), all formerly the inheritance of John Lamming, commonly called the Lamming Farm, in Middle Rasen, Lissingley, Linwood, Lissington, Buslingthorpe, Friesthorpe and Wickenby, now or late in the tenure of Thomas Hankin his assigns, tenants or undertenants, with appurtenances.

Consideration: £260 from 3. to 1.
If 1. and 2. pay 3. the sum of £273 at the dwelling house of 3. in Lincoln: £6 10s. on 24 Apr next, and £266 10s. on 25 Oct 1729, Disney will reconvey the property.
Covenant to levy a fine by the description of 1 cottage, 160a. land, 20a. meadow, 20a. pasture and common of pasture for all cattle with appurtenances, in Middle Rasen, Lissingley, Linwood, Lissington, Buslingthorpe, Friesthorpe and Wickenby.
After repayment, to be held by Cartwright for the lives of Leonard and Elizabeth Upsall in trust for the private and separate use and benefit of Elizabeth, and if she survives Leonard, Cartwright is to raise £200 to be paid to whoever Elizabeth shall appoint by deed, writing or will.
