Cottage with appurtenances, cottage and homestead with appurtenances, cottage or tenement and closes called the Half Odd Willow, The Half Long Walker, the Old Warren, the Ox Pasture, William Biggpeice, Inbeck and Sunny bank, all in Harlaxton.
To the use of Daniel Deligne and his heirs male, and for default of such, to the use of Erasmus Deligne and of his heirs and assigns for ever.
