Whereas an annuity of £250 payable to 2. was sold by 1. for £2,750, 1. transfers £4,000 Bank Stock into the joint names of Glyn and Plumptre junior, two trustees nominated by 1., and Dent and Estcourt, nominated by 2. 3. to hold on trust to pay the said annuity to 2.; after his decease, 3. to pay a proportion of the annuity to his executors in respect of the quarter of the year in which he dies. The residue to go to 1., and 3. covenant to transfer it to him.
