Property: Manor or lordship of Wispington, and messuage or dwellinghouse being part of the capital messuage or mansion house of Phillips Glover, deceased (the other part of which capital messuage has sometime since been pulled down); and cottage or tenement with appurtenances and six farms and 1 cottage (details and acreages), and close called Burnsdale (49a. 2r. 24p.), and another messuage or cottage all at Wispington; and impropriate rectory of Wispington and the advowson of the vicarage; and all other lands etc. late of Phillips Glover, devised by his will, and being in Wispington and Horsington.
(1), at the request of (2), and with the consent of (3) revokes all uses and trusts in release of 27 Nov 1802 (quoted), and he releases the property to (5). In addition (4) assigns to (5), by the direction of (3), a term of 99 years in the property created by settlement of 31 July 1795.
