2. Thomas Rands of South Hykeham, esq, and Edward Gibbon of the Close of Lincoln, gent.
Marriage intended between Thomas Key and Anne Kent of the City of Lincoln, spinster, eldest daughter of Elizabeth Kent of the City of Lincoln, widow, by John Kent her late husband, one of the Aldermen of the City, deceased.
In consideration of the marriage portion, release from 1. to 2.
Messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Long Leadenham called Wright's House built by Thomas Key, deceased, and now or late in the tenure of Thomas Key or his assigns, with all outhouses, barns, etc, and also all the arable land, meadow, mowing lees, teathering grass, head baulks, heath grounds, and common of pasture belonging in Leadenham; close of pasture divided into two with appurtenances in the fields of Long Leadenham called Wrights Lemon Wong; another close there called Lemon Wong Close; the northerly half part of the two closes called the Gospell Closes, to be divided from the east end to the west end, living on the south side of the lane called the Gospell Lane; one cottage or tenement with appurtenances in Long Leadenham, with the commons belonging; messuage or tenement in Long Leadenham wherein John Lamb formerly dwelt, with all the lands belonging now or late in the tenure of Thomas Key, and all the houses, outhouses etc and all appurtenances.
