4. Richard Green of Great Gonerby, farmer, and Joseph Roberts of Spittlegate in the parish of Grantham, farmer.
Marriage intended between 1. and 2.
Release from 1. to 3. of property as in 1-PG/2/1/19/16 to the use of 1. until the marriage, then the property in Gonerby to such person and for such uses as 1. and 2. shall appoint; in default of such appointment, and in the meantime to the use of 1. for his life, and after his death to the use of 2. for her life, then to the use of the children of 1. by 2. to be divided equally as tenants in common, and to their heirs, and for default of such, to the use of the heirs of 1. for ever. The property in Harlaxton, to the use of 1. for his life, then if 2. survives him, she may have a yearly rent of £15.
This property, thus charged, after the death of 1., shall be to the use of 4. for 80 years in trust, then to the heirs of 1. for ever. The term of 80 years is for securing the payment of the rent charge of £16.
