Revocation of uses and release from 1. to 5.
Messuages, cottages and farms in Rempstone, Nottinghamshire; farms, acloses lands and grounds in Stanton in the Wolds; messuage or tenement in Nottingham in Broad Lane; four new-built houses, messuages or tenements in Broad Lane; three leys of meadow ground in the Sand Field in Nottingham; 2a. of meadow land in the same field; and Goldswong Close in the Clay Field; closes, grounds, and hereditaments in Harlaxton; messuage or tenement called the Hall with the farm lands and grounds belonging in Bulcote; and undivided moiety in two small farms in Radford; and four cottages in Bellargate, Nottingham, on the east side of the street and stable adjoining; and parcel of land used as a garden (1a. 1r.), lying eastward from the said cottages to Cartergate (lately purchased by Susanna Gregory the daughter), all in Nottinghamshire.
To be held by 5. in trust, for the use of Susanna Gregory the daughter for her life. Then the Bulcote property to 6. for 500 years, in trust, then to the use of George De Ligne Gregory, his heirs and assigns for ever. The rest of the property to the use of William Gregory, second son of George Gregory, deceased, for term of his life, and from the determination of that estate by forfeiture or otherwise, to 5. in trust to preserve contingent uses, and from his death, to the use of his first son and his heirs male; for default of such, to the use of the second and other sons and their heirs male successively; for default of such to the use of Edward Gregory, third son of the late George Gregory for term of his life; from the determination of that estate by forfeiture or otherwise to 5. in trust to preserve contingent uses, and from his death, to the use of his first son and his heirs male; for default of such, to the use of the second and other sons and their heirs male successively; similar descent to Daniel Gregory, fourth son, and his heirs (as before).
