Lease from (1) to (2) so that (2) may be tenant and so that a common recovery may be suffered.
Agreed that (3) before the end of next Hilary Term shall demand the said property against (2) who shall appear and vouch to warranty (1).
Agreed that the recovery shall be to the use of (1) his heirs and assigns forever.
Consideration: for barring and docking the estates tail, and 10 shillings paid to (1) by (2).
