Quotes lease and release of 25 & 26 Oct 1733 (IRNHAM DEEDS/2/5), 23 & 24 April 1764 (2/8) and subsequent settlements, the mortgage of 19 Dec 1801 (5/1), the mortgage of 30 Jan 1802 (4/11), the mortgage of 26 March 1802 (5/2), the mortgage of 1 April 1802, the mortgage of 9 Dec 1800, the indenture of 1 Feb 1807 between Henry, Lord Arundell, and Mary Christina, Lady Arundell, his wife, and Bryan Barrett and James William Barrett, both of Gray's Inn, gents., by which Lady Arundell charged the property with the payment of £1009 5s. 2d. to Bryan Barrett and James William Barrett with interest; and the indenture of 19 Oct 1807, upon which the principal sum of £3000 still remains due to George Garland, Benjamin Linthorne and Ann, his wife. Recites that (1), having occasion to call in the sum of £3000, (7) has agreed to advance it upon having the premises transferred to her.
Consideration: £3000 from (7) to (1).
Assignment by (1) to (7), for the residue of term of 1000 years.
Property: as in the mortgage of 19 Oct. 1807 (described in schedule annexed)
(2), by the direction of (1), and on the nomination of (7), assign to (8) property comprised in the schedule and which is also comprised in a term of 500 years created by the settlement of 26 Oct 1733, for the residue of a term of 500 years.
(3) assigns to (9) all such of the property comprised in the term of 1000 years created by the settlement of 26 Oct 1733, for the residue of a term of 1000 years.
(4) assigns to (10) all such of the property comprised in the term of years created by the demise of 10 March 1784 as have been assigned to him for the residue of the term of 500 years.
(5) assigns to (11) all the property comprised in the term of 500 years created by an indenture of appointment of 30 Nov 1786 for the residue of a term of 500 years.
(6) assigns to (12) the eleven twenty-fourth parts or shares and two twelfth parts or shares and the one fifteenth part or share and two other twelfth parts or shares assigned to (6) by the indenture of 19 Oct. 1807, for the residue of the four terms of 1000 years respectively created by the indentures of 19 Dec 1801, 30 Jan 1802, 26 March 1802 and the - April 1802.
