Description: | Viewed from the port bow with the foot of the fore course and of the mizzen indicated. There is a boat astern. On the beakhead bulkhead, there is an elaborate arems between two doorways. The vessel is not the ?Brederode? (1646), ?Eendracht? (1653), ?Hollandia? (1654), or ?Gelderland? (1654).
This is an unsigned pencil drawing by the Younger. It is a faint offset showing a ship drawn in isometric perspective, carefully worked up with pencil in the manner of his early work.
It is inscribed with the date ?1656? in thick pencil.
