Description: | Scale: 1:15. An incomplete model of a fishing vessel that illustrates all the techniques used in its construction. The model represents an actual vessel that was under construction between 1981 and 1982 by J. Weatherfield & Sons, Port Seton. Its unfinished state enhances its simplicity of form and pleasing lines. The model has been beautifully made: the keel, for example, has been lock-scarfed.
