Bowl: Brass, glazed top. Black horizontal bar lubber line. Has hinged top and lanyard ring both in brass. Card lifter on outside. Outside of bowl marked 0 - 36. Has NESW inscribed.
Card: White with large black flightless arrow on N-S axis. No east and West arrows. Graduated to points and 0 - 36. Diameter 1.5" (3.8 cm)
Needle: Unsighted
Pivot: Unsighted. Jewelled pivot cap in centre of card
