Description: | Portrait of the ?Seahorse?, 24-guns, seen from the port quarter, carrying ten guns on the broadside. On the tafferel, cherubs and other figures recline on either side of a globe, or more possibly an armillary sphere. The four stern windows are divided by two figures embracing in the centre, with single figures dividing the other windows, and a figure on each quarter. Sea-gods ride on horses (hippocamps) on the counter.
This is an unsigned pen and brown ink drawing by the Younger, with a grey wash over a preliminary work in pencil.
