Description: | A medieval silver-gilt annular brooch. The frame is formed from twisted wire. The pin survives, and looped around a constriction in the frame. The gilding is now worn. The frame is slightly distorted. The find therefore qualifies as Treasure under the stipulations of the Treasure Act 1996 in terms of both age and precious metal content.
