Description: | British Iron Age Eastern gold quarter stater of Cunobelin, c. AD 10-40. Plastic type, ABC (Cottam et al 2010) 2810 = VA (Van Arsdell 1989) 2015 = BMC (Hobbs 1996) 1846-8. The obverse depicts a sylised horse and the letters CV[N]. The reverse depicts a sylised corn ear and the latters [CA]M This is short for Camulodunum, modern day Colchester in Essex, probably where the coin was produced.The length is 13mm the width is 10.5mm
