Description: | A reproduction produced by the Vasari Society of a drawing by Andrea del Sarto. The drawing is a study in red chalk of two hands, a right and a left, unattached to a body. The bottom hand is cut off by the edge of the paper, and its fingers are open. In both studies the end of a sleeve is also visible.

A Study for the St. John in the fresco of the Baptism of the Multitude, completed in 1517, in the Chiostro dello Scalzo at Florence.
